How "One Shoe Parenting" got its name.

One day at Home Depot, my #4 who was 4 at the time, was throwing a huge fit in the store and was taking off one of his flip flops and throwing it towards me.
We left the shoe at the store.
That was his only pair of shoes until school was to begin, 10 days later.
That's how "One Shoe Parenting" got its name.
